I currently work at the lovely South Downs Clinic in Henfield on Tuesdays and alternate Saturdays. If you would like to arrange an appointment outside of these days, please feel free to get in touch.
Pausilya is taken from the ancient Greek word ‘Pausilypon’, which means ‘respite from worries’. I chose this name because it aligns completely with what I hope I can help you find through reflexology - a window of respite from whatever is troubling you.
Your treatment is about you and for you; a time to pause and the chance to find peace. I offer a gentle, caring space where you can just be; no demands, no expectations, no judgement. A time for you, where you can let your worries slip away and allow your body the opportunity to rebalance.
If you are looking for a natural, non-invasive way to help you restore your physical or emotional well-being, reflexology might just be what you need.

I'm a wife, a mum and grandmother to four gorgeous grandsons. I worked as a teacher for twenty years, primarily teaching children with special needs, followed by over ten years in a managerial support role with a local authority. However a 'bumpy' menopause and some personal challenges forced me to take a step back, take a deep breath and follow my instincts to make some changes.
I was only too aware of the negative impact of the stress many of us face as we navigate our way through the intricate maze of life. The subsequent cost to our mental and physical wellbeing can be immense and yet we often struggle to find a way (or time!) to address this.
Curiosity and a desire to find a way to make a difference lead me to study Reflexology and I was very quickly captivated by this special treatment. I was incredibly lucky to have learnt from such a skilled and intuitive teacher; and feel very privileged to now be able to offer this beautiful treatment to anyone who is in need of some time out and help to rebalance.
I am a fully insured registered member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and undertake regular Continuing Professional Development. In additional to traditional hand and foot reflexology, I am also qualified to offer the super relaxing Hot Stone Reflexology treatment.
