
Currently appointments can be booked in Hassocks between 9am - 8pm on Mondays, however it maybe possible to accommodate appointments at other times. Home visits can be arranged for an additional charge of £5. Please drop me a message, email or call and we can have a chat!

Prior to your session, I will ask you you to complete a consultation form about your health and lifestyle. Very occasionally it may not be possible to give a treatment for medical reasons, but don't worry, in this situation I'll have a chat with you in advance and we can discuss this in more detail.
Your reflexology session will begin with a chat relating to your health consultation to discuss your health and general wellbeing as well as what brings you to see me for reflexology. This will enable me to provide you with a tailored treatment to meet your individual needs; we will also discuss what you might expect from your treatment and I will happily answer any questions or talk through any concerns you may have. Please be assured that anything discussed is in complete confidence and all information is securely stored in accordance with GDPR regulations.
For foot reflexology, you will need to remove your socks and shoes and I will examine your feet before gently cleaning them. Using my hands or hot stones, I gently work on all the reflexes (pressure points) of both of your feet, with additional work on any identified focus areas. There may be areas of sensitivity or your may feel some unusual sensations, but the treatment should never be painful, and I will talk you through what to expect before I start.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment please let me know as soon as possible. I appreciate that unexpected events or illness can affect us all, and should this occur, where possible I will always try to accommodate a request to reschedule an appointment. However please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% charge.
